Ingredients
- 250 grams of rice flour
- 10 grams tapioca flour
- 1/4 of old coconut
- 200 ml boiled water
- 150 grams of brown sugar, combed
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 pandan leaf, cut into pieces
How to make
- Grated coconut. Then roast until brown. Set aside
- Cook brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pandan leave until thickened.
- Add rice flour and roasted coconut. Stir until smooth but not soggy.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl. Cover with a clean cloth. Leave overnight.
- Add tapioca flour and 10 tablespoons of boiled water to the dough. Knead the dough until it is easy to shape.
- Let the dough rest for about 6 hours.
- Form the dough like a ring. Do it until all the ingredients run out.
- Fry over medium heat using a lot of oil. Lift and drain.
